Regulatory changelog: what changed in the datasets, and when.
One entry per market per change. Each entry carries the date, what changed and the source that was checked, so a reader can tell how old the answer on a reference page is.
This page is the record behind the dataset version stamp printed on every document the app generates. The stamp tells an audit which snapshot a decision was made against; the entries below say what moved between one snapshot and the next. How the data is maintained is described on the about page.
2026-08-29 — wording and citation corrections (dataset v2026-08-01 unchanged)
These entries correct how the published pages state the law. No figure, date or rate in assets/data.js or assets/data-fi.js moved, so DATASET_VERSION stays at v2026-08-01 and no generated document changes its stamp. Every EU entry was re-read against the Official Journal text of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on 2026-08-29.

The ELY release states only the negative test ("Mikäli Suomeen sijoittunut toimija ei ole arvonlisäverovelvollinen, toimintaa ei katsota ammattimaiseksi, eikä se ole tuottajavastuussa"); the converse was not theirs to state · ELY Centres
