Everything on this page goes to one address: tuki@ppwrtoolkit.fi. There is no contact form here and no ticket queue behind it. Say which company you are writing for and what you are trying to do, and the reply comes from someone who works on the toolkit.
We read English and Finnish. Security findings go to the same address, on the terms set out in our security.txt. The registered company, business ID, postal address and data-protection contact are published in the footer of every page here, and on the about page.
Enterprise is arranged with us directly
Enterprise is the one plan that does not start at the checkout. It is scoped, set up and invoiced with us directly, because the parts that make it Enterprise are the parts somebody has to switch on for you. Every other plan on the pricing page you can start yourself, on a free trial, without talking to anyone.

Is any consulting or review included?
No, deliberately. No plan includes advice, review of your data or any other expertise service. Support covers the use of the software rather than the substance of your compliance. If you need an expert opinion, you need an expert. This tool will have your documents organized for the day you hire one.
In practice the line is easy to find. If the software is in your way — an import that will not map, a document that will not generate, a figure you cannot trace back to its source — that is ours, and the address above is where to send it. Whether your packaging actually satisfies a given article is a judgement about your product, and it is not one we make for you.
